Raise a return request within 3 days of delivered item(s), following the steps below:


Step One:
Raise a Return Request by sending an email to customerservice@codeone.online stating the transaction reference number and select one or more of the reasons stated below:

  • Item is physically damaged/defective
  • Wrong item
  • Wrong colour
  • Wrong size
  • Wrong quantity
  • Missing parts/accessories



Step Two:
CODEONE will collect the item free of charge if any of the conditions above apply.

Step Three:
We receive the returned items, and contact the customer and replace the order free of charge after checking the goods returned.

Items that are not eligible for exchange or return:

  • Sale Items
  • Food & Edible Items
  • Gift Vouchers



Important Notice

  • Items that you return should not be used, washed, altered, tampered or soiled. Any returned item must be unused and received back in its original packing with the labels, tags, leaflets, manuals, warranty/guarantee cards & accessories should be intact. CODEONE will not accept your item in absence of these.
  • Replacements will depend on the availability of the item. In case the replacement item is out of stock, we will refund your amount.



Refund:
In case the replacement item is out of stock, we will initiate a refund when applicable once your item is received by CODEONE. Your refund will be through the same credit/debit card/ prepaid cards used to purchase the item or cash in COD cases.
